If you have a technical question about iText, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE DEVELOPERS PERSONALLY. There are thousands and thousands of iText users, but there are only a handful of iText developers. You can't expect the iText developers to answer each and every question individually. Questions about iText should be posted to the mailing list:

Note that you need to be subscribed if you want to post your question directly to the list. If you aren't subscribed, there can be a delay before it reaches the list. Check the archives to see if your answer appears before you double post a question.
Tip: please describe the problem in the subject line of your mail in a few words; subject lines containing 'URGENT', 'HELP NEEDED' or 'QUESTION' only produce noise.

You can easily find some valid 1T3XT e-mail addresses (1T3XT BVBA has registered the 1t3xt.com, 1t3xt.info, 1t3xt.eu, 1t3xt.eu and 1t3xt.net domain). One of the valid addresses is administration at 1t3xt dot com. Please do not use this address for technical questions; the person reading this mail doesn't know how to use iText and is instructed to ignore all mail that is not clear (vague questions, everything that smells like SPAM,...).
